Standardized Operating Procedures for Prospective Homebuyers in Order to Receive Services from Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc.:
- There is no general requirement to provide photo identification prior to working with us. However, prior to entry to a Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. office, customers and clients may be required to present photo identification pursuant to the building’s security policies or pursuant to applicable local government requirements. Also, individual property owners (or their listing agents) may require photo identification prior to a showing, and we will communicate this information to buyers in advance of such showing.
- An exclusive buyer representation agreement is not required.
- A pre-approval for a mortgage loan is not required to work with us, per se, however, individual property owners may require one – and if so, we will communicate that to buyers as applicable for any properties buyers may wish to view.

The artist and computer renderings and depictions of personal and/or condominium property (including, without limitation, interior and exterior decorations, finishes, fixtures, appliances, landscaping, and furnishings) are for illustrative and conceptual purposes only. Compuer and/or artist renderings reflect the planned scale and spirit of the Building. Sponsor makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees (including, without limitation, regarding: (1) future construction in the neighborhood surrounding the property and the continued existence of any views and/or light from any windows, amenity spaces, units, terraces, balconies, or other areas of the property; (2) any named establishments, attractions, points of interest, transportation lines, or other means of transportation depicted or referred to herein, including, without limitation, the continued existence of such things; (3) the continued offering, availability, or use of any amenities or facilities described herein; (4) the content of third parties that may be linked to or referenced herein, and Sponsor shall have no liability with respect thereto), except as may be set forth in the offering plan, as amended (“Plan”). All dimensions, sizes, and square footages are approximate and subject to normal construction variances and tolerances. Plans, layouts, and dimensions may contain variations from floor-to-floor. Square footages exceed useable floor area. Ceiling heights are approximate and variable. Sponsor reserves the right to make substitutions or changes to, among other things, materials, equipment, fixtures, finishes, appliances, and/or other design or construction details in accordance with the terms of the Plan. Certain facilities (including, without limitation, the golf simulator, padel court and related facilities, bar, and multi-purpose room) are part of Non-Residential Unit 2 and are owned and controlled by the Unit Owner of Non-Residential Unit 2; additional terms and fees may apply.
